“ Fantastic casual Japanese Restaurant in Mae Rim. Good selections and very reasonable prices. Everything we ordered were great except for the Tuna Shashimi, which was by far the only disappointment. Staff were friendly. Highly recommended. December 2024. Still very very good. ”

“ Glad to find a high standard Japanese restaurant in Mae Rim. We had Saba, kamachi sashimi, green salad, soba noodles and veggie tempura. Fish was very fresh, and tempura was perfect. It is right on 107. There is parking on the side of the restaurant. Better book otherwise waiting can be long. Highly recommended. We had a very enjoyable dinner there. ”
“ Wow! Soft shell crab roll was delicious and decently filling. Spicy salmon sashimi Thai style was nice too, the salmon was perfect. Good for the price. I'll definitely be back to try the rest. The restaurant was pretty full but they made my order in about 10-15 minutes, so pretty quick. The only negative was there was a big fly in the kitchen flying around and landing in the tempura etc. Otherwise the atmosphere and service was nice. ”
“ This restaurant was quite crowded during our dining. We can park a car right in front of the restaurant. The overall dishes were good except the Ramen with soup. The ramen noodle was over cooked and its soup was tasteless. The staffs were very helpful. ”
“ I stopped by Osaka for a quick snack. They had Asahi Beer and some not bad gyoza dumplings. I will return for the sushi. Update - I have eaten here a few times now. The sushi and other dishes are pretty good across the board. I have to be honest and say I don’t like the way they do their kappa maki… too much cucumber and the strips are too thin… ratios are off. The service is good, but the place is small and can get overwhelmed. Be prepared to wait for a table and your food once you get your table. Parking is very limited and we have passed the place by a few times simply because we couldn’t park safely along the busy main road. ”

However, the wait for the dishes was terribly long (be prepared to wait up to an hour on a crowded day) due to the small outdoor kitchen where they cook the hot food. Furthermore it was a narrow and dimly lit alley. Wonder if the owner of this place could consider improving the conditions of the kitchen for the well-being of the chefs and efficiency in cooking. ”
